ORDER PROCESSING
We aim to process all orders within 1 to 2 business days once order is placed, pending approval and merchandise availability. Business days are Monday – Friday (excluding holidays). All orders are shipped from Pahrump, Nevada, USA. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information.

HAWAII & ALASKA & PUERTO RICO
Orders shipping to Hawaii & Alaska / Puerto Rico may need one additional day for delivery and sometime additional shipping fees.
P.O. BOXES
Orders shipping to P.O. Box addresses will be shipped via USPS Priority standard shipping. We are unable to offer expedited shipping options for P.O. Box addresses. We cannot ship Bicycle to PO BOX or items with large box.
APO/FPO ADDRESSES
Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS. Please note that transit times may take up to 45 days. Restrictions applies to Bicycle.
SHIPPING LIMITATIONS
At this time, VeloBazaar can only ship to valid U.S. addresses. We ship to Puerto Rico or U.S. Territories in case by case restrictions depending on the products. Email us for shipping availability and cost.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Please note that your order may arrive in multiple packages, at no additional cost to you. You will receive separate Shipping Confirmation emails once each individual package is shipped. Your credit card may be charged multiple times as we only charge once products are processed and shipped.
