We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days for New Products and 7 days for used products and we'll exchange it or refund your purchase (restrictions applies).

At VeloBazaar we are focused on making your shopping experience a stress free and memorable one.  If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply submit a request by emailing steve@velobazaar.com to start the process of returning a product,  order started or if you are still uncertain and have other questions that were not addressed here. 

*VeloBazaar reserves the right to impose re-stocking or payment processing fees at our discretion. Restrictions applies to Used products and Bicycles. There is too many type of products to disclose all of them in return policy! We work on case by case. Underwear's and undergarments and some products used once like socks are not eligible for return for hygienic reasons.

Consignment used products are not returnable after 7 days of receiving it for the simple reason that the Consigner got paid for it already and funds are not longer available.
